THE WILL OF WILLIAM HILL WAS EXHIBITED INTO COURT AND PROVED BY THE OATH OF DAVID RUSSELL, HE AT THE SAME TIME MADE OATH THAT HE SAW HABAKUK RUSSELL AND WILLIAM RUSSELL SIGN THE SAME WITH HIM AS WITNESSES. AND WILLIAM HILL, SON OF SAID WILLIAM HILL DECD, THE EXECUTOR THEREIN NAMED, QUALIFIED AND LETTERS ISSUED. AND THE SAID WILLIAM HILL PRAYED AN ORDER TO SELL THE PERISHABLE ESTATE OF HIS TESTATOR TO ENABLE HIM TO PAY HIS DEBTS, WHICH WERE GRANTED.
