Nathaniel Wilder, an orphan, was bound apprentice to Mr. Nethercott for the term of four years eleven months from this date and the said Nethercott to learn the said orphan to read, write, and cypher, and other things the law directs.

THE FOLLOWING JURY APPOINTED TO LAY OUT THE SAID ROAD: VALENTINE WALLIS, THOMAS BRITTON, WILLIS PRESCOTT, BURWELL LANIER, WILLIAM HILL, JOHN BACKHOUSE, THOMAS AUSTIN, WILLIAM BUCKMAN, HENRY HATCHEL, JAMES PROVE, NATHANIEL WILDER AND MICHAEL ELLIS AND THEY MEET AT WILLIS PRESCOTTS ON THE LAST SATURDAY IN JANUARY NEXT IN ORDER TO QUALIFY AND LAY OUT THE SAME, AND THOMAS BRITTON BE OVERSEER OF THE SAME.

It then states that the bible was owned by a lady from Swansboro, NC. No other information
