      In the name of God Amen:
      I Abagail Clark . . . do make and ordain this my last will and Testament . . .
      1st It is my will that all my just debts be duly paid out of my estate.
      2nd It is my will that my land be sold together with all my horses, _?, sheep, and hogs and all other of my property, except such as I shall be hereafter mentioned and it is my will that my son James G. Clark named the price of two of the hogs which is in his names as soon as the money is collected.
      3rd It is my will that my negro boy he hired yearly until my youngest son comes of age then sold.
      4th It is my will that daughter Hannah shall have choice of my beds together with the stead . . . I leave to my son Hezikiah one blue _?...
      5th It is my will that my son David shall have one calico bed quilt with not much dark in it also one blanket his choice.
      6th It is my will that my son James have one calico bed quilt . . . my son James G. shall have his saddle and the price of my gun. I allow to be divided equally amongst my three youngest children as soon as the money is collected . . . Hannah, David and Hezikiah . .
      7thIt is my will that all the clothing . . . be equally divided . . .
      8th I leave to my daughter Hannah . . .
      9th It is my will that when my son James G. Come to the age of eighteen that they all meaning all my children get one good set of clothes out of their part of the money coming to them.
      10th It is my will that the money _? from the sale of my property be equally divided among all four children to wit, James G., Hannah, David and Hezikiah.
      11th It is my will that none of my children be bound unless they _? _? When they come to be old enough to bind themselves to trades. And I wish John Sloan to take two and the other two to _? Others of my sisters and it is my will that each of my children shall have one spelling book . . . And lastly I do make constitute appoint and ordain John Sloan and James _? Sloan the whole and the executors of this my last will and testament . . . in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen
