Cause of death certified by John B. H. Caldwell, USAF MD to be 1) Cardiac arrest, 2) Acute Myocardial infarction, 3) Arteriosclerosis heart disease, 4) Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema.
Disposition of the remains: Returned to the United States for interment in Arlington National Cemetery.
Disposition of the effects: In custody of husband.
