REPORT OF THE DEATH OF AN AMERICAN CITIZEN

Name:  Marguerite Loy Gillooly.  Occupation:  Housewife.

Native.  Born:  Illinois, August 27, 1910.

Last known address in the United States:  341 Fachet Plaza, Scott AFB, Illinois.

Date of death:  January 7, 1650 hours, 1965.  Age:  54 years.

Place of death:  48th Tactical Hospital, USAF, RAF, Lakenheath, Suffolk, England.

Cause of death certified by John B. H. Caldwell, USAF MD to be 1) Cardiac arrest, 2) Acute Myocardial infarction, 3) Arteriosclerosis heart disease, 4) Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema.

Disposition of the remains:  Returned to the United States for interment in Arlington National Cemetery.

Disposition of the effects:  In custody of husband.

Person or official responsible for custody of effects and accounting therefor:  CM Sgt. Robert V. Gillooly.
